Terms of Use
License
Skypiece is licensed to you, not sold. Your use is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) unless a different agreement applies.
Skypiece Pro subscription
Skypiece Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription at US$14.99 per year (local prices vary by region) with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time lifetime purchase at US$29.99.
Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Managing and canceling
Manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore it on a new device.
Weather information
Weather data comes from Apple WeatherKit and is provided for general information. Forecasts can be wrong. Do not rely on Skypiece alone, or on its alerts, for decisions involving safety or property. Always follow official warnings from your local authorities.
Warranty and liability
Skypiece is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
